Have questions about joining our team?
Let's get them answered!

Why work for AnetSpeech?

Be part of a team where the admin is an SLP, has worked with the district you are assigned to, and understands what you do!

What kind of school would I work at?

AnetSpeech is recruiting for schools in western WA with preschool and/or elementary caseloads.

Do you pay for indirect time?

Yes. All of AnetSpeech's contracts stipulate that therapists are paid for direct and indirect time.

Who creates my schedule?

SLPs will create their own schedules while working within the district's workday for your assigned school. Most of the schools we contract with use google calendars to easily communicate to team members when students have their sessions. You'll be encouraged to front load on your calendar blocks for assessments and eval/IEP writing.

What is expected of me for documentation?

You'll be given onboarding for the school software for evaluation/IEP writing/progess reports. You'll keep your own daily notes and will be asked to complete Medicaid billing for certain students.

Is there reimbursement for in-person relocation?

While teletherapy and in-person SLP services are of equal use of an SLP's expertise, sometimes districts prioritize in-person recruitment. When you move to fill an in-person position, a modest stipend can contribute to relocation costs.

What kind of support does AnetSpeech give their SLPs?

Each SLP/CF receives an up-front materials stipend to help you get a good start on you school year. A stipend is also given for your continuing education. Monthly team meetings will allow time for collaboration with other SLPs. We also offer a wellness stipend that can be used proactively to help you maintain a good work/life balance by doing things such as joining a gym or getting a national park pass to enjoy Washington's beautiful outdoors.

Can a CF work at AnetSpeech?

Yes! In-person Clinical Fellows in Washington state with AnetSpeech receive supervision from within the company. You won't be left wondering if the District can find you a supervisor with the willingness to mentor you.
